Despite the fact we are a mobile pizza truck, we are still willing to park our truck for more than 2 hours to serve your large functions!

Don't worry if your function isn't large, we cater to all sizes!

THE PASSION FOR PIZZA

As I think back to my childhood I remember ordering in pizza with my family. Everyone would come running from all parts of the house just to be the first one to grab a slice. It truly brought my family together.

Once it came time for me to get my first job I decided to get into a newly opened pizza restaurant near my house. The first two years I was a hostess, and during that time I developed a passion for the culinary arts. While in school I perused courses that would enhance my passion and knowledge for food. Along the way I met an amazing Chef who taught me to always do what I loved, and that if I followed this rule, I would never truly work a day in my life.

Following my dreams, I created Sugar & Slice Pizza Truck.

Our mission here at Sugar & Slice Pizza Truck is to provide locals and tourists with easily accessibly Canadian localized food that is hot, and fresh. We pride ourselves with working with the farmers in our communities to provide patrons with a healthy, and fresh option while being on the go. We do our best to be eco friendly by bringing a compostable bin everywhere our truck goes. All our packing except our 12 slice boxes are biodegradable. Our 12 slice boxes are compostable for making getting rid of the box easy.

The Sugar & Slice Pizza Truck opened on February 6th, 2018 in the Toronto area. The truck routes vary however it drives around the West Queen West area to the Yorkville area. The truck is equipped with a wood clay oven, which is driven around on the body of a 2000 Chevy Ford truck. The truck is specifically modified to hold, and properly operate the wood clay oven. The rest of the truck was constructed using recycled scrap metal from Canada Iron and Metal. The truck provides Sugar & Slice the ability to restock on product in between stops. This allows the best overall guest satisfaction as there will be no "out of order" items.
